These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of Wellness One Healthstyle’s website and the purchase of products and services offered by Wellness One Healthstyle. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. Interpretation

“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Wellness One Healthstyle, located at 56 London Road, Alderley Edge, SK9 7DZ.
“You” or “Customer” refers to any person using our website or purchasing our products and services.
“Goods” refers to products available for purchase on our website.
“Services” refers to treatments and appointments available for booking through our website or in person.
“Website” refers to our online presence accessible at www.wohealthstyle.com.
1.2 Reference to legislation includes applicable amendments or replacements of such legislation.
2. Basis of Sale
2.1 We shall sell to you, and you shall purchase only those products or services detailed in your Order that have been accepted by us. Each Order constitutes a separate contract governed by these Terms.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the Goods are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or the payment method fails.
2.3 By submitting an Order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, you are authorised to use the payment method, and you have read and agreed to these Terms.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 All treatments must be pre-booked, and payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments can be made online, in person, or over the phone using a valid debit/credit card or other approved payment methods.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel appointments or bookings if full payment is not received or if there are any issues with the payment method.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the session.
4.2 No-shows will also be charged the full session cost.
4.3 If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a refund.
5. Services and Treatments
5.1 All treatments, including Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Dry Floatation Bed Therapy, and Dermalux LED Phototherapy, are provided by qualified professionals using state-of-the-art equipment.
5.2 It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before booking a treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for your health or safety.
5.3 For treatments like Dry Floatation Therapy, clients remain clothed. For Infrared Sauna Therapy or Red Light Therapy, swimwear is required. Both Dermalux LED Phototherapy treatments are performed fully clothed.
5.4 While we strive to deliver optimal results, individual results may vary based on your skin or health conditions.
6. Products
6.1 Products such as the W.O. LED Light Therapy Face Mask are sold with detailed usage instructions. Customers are responsible for following these instructions.
6.2 Products may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Claims for faulty or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@wohealthstyle.com.
6.3 Products are for personal use only and must not be resold.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
7.2 Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
7.3 Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
8. Promotions and Discounts
8.1 Promotions and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
8.2 All promotional offers are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.
8.3 Discounts apply to single sessions unless otherwise specified.
9. Delivery
9.1 We aim to dispatch products within the estimated delivery timeframe specified at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
9.2 Once delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
10. Health and Safety
10.1 All treatments and products are designed to adhere to UK health and safety standards.
10.2 Some treatments, including LED therapy and infrared sauna, may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, photosensitive, or undergoing certain medical treatments. Please consult your GP if you are unsure about your suitability for a treatment.
11. Liability
11.1 We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments or misuse of products. It is your responsibility to provide accurate health information and follow all instructions.
11.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product or treatment that caused the issue.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
12.1 Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Complaints
