Delivery Information


Shipping Options

-  Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days – Free
-  Next Working Day Delivery: Arrives the next business day (Monday to Friday) – £4.99

    (Excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders must be placed before 12
    PM on a business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or during the
    weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.)

    Order Processing

    -  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
    -  Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
    -  Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday, or over the weekend and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day (typically Monday).
    -  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


      Delivery Details
      We currently deliver within the UK only.

      Delivery times are estimated and subject to carrier operations. Please allow
      additional time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

      Next Working Day Delivery does not include weekends or public holidays.
      Orders placed after the cut-off on Fridays will be delivered on the following
      Tuesday.

      Returns and Exchanges

      Our Return Policy
      We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied,
      you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the
      following conditions are met:

      -  The item must be unused and in its original condition.
      -  All original accessories, packaging, and seals must be intact.
      -  Free gifts (if included) must be returned. If not, the value will be deducted from your refund.

        Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have
        been opened, used, or have had the security seal removed unless the item is faulty.

        How to Return an Item
        1. Email us at info@wohealthstyle.com with your order number and the reason
        for return.

        2. Follow the instructions provided and send the item(s) to our returns address
        56 London Road, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 7DZ. (Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.)

        3. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage
        until your return is confirmed.

        Refunds

        -  Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that refunds may take longer during holiday periods or peak seasons.)

        -  It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Some providers or payment methods may take up to 14 business days to credit your account.

        -  Shipping costs for Next Working Day Delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
        If free gifts were kept or the returned item is missing parts, we may deduct the value from the refund amount.
